You are:

• An experienced 3D Artist with many years and projects under your belt
  
• A team player who likes to work with others, to grow and to create great art collaboratively
• You are well organized and structured in your work
• Skillful in communicating with other developers, eager to help others and learn from them
• Passionate about making awesome games and create great art
• Familiar with major game engines
• Proficient at communicating in English (Bonus: German)

Bonus:

• Experience as a lead 3D artist
• Experience with 3rd person games
• Experience in AA/AAA development
• Experience with Unity

You will:

• Lead a team of artists in Bremen, Germany
  
• Work with other experienced, motivated, ambitious and friendly colleagues 
• Help shape the look & feel as well as the asset pipeline of future projects
• Plan, prioritize and assign tasks and manage your team’s schedule
• Help team members to reach their full potential, follow quality standards and meet deadlines
• Work on core-games for PC and consoles you can be proud of (Shooter, RPG)
• Have significant impact on the look & feel of our upcoming games
