You are:

• An experienced programmer with many years and shipped games under your belt
  
• You are well organized and structured in your work
• Skillful in communicating with programmers and developers from other departments
• A team player who likes to help others and learn from them
• A problem-solver who is also comfortable delegating problems
• Able to dissect complex problems and to realistically judge your team’s abilities to solve
• Self-motivated, leading by example and you can motivate others
• Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities
• Comfortable with C#, Unity and an extensive existing code base
• Proficient at communicating in English (Bonus: German)

Bonus:

• Experience as a lead programmer
• Experience with 3rd person shooters

You will:

• Lead a team of programmers in Bremen, Germany
  
• Manage your team and help team members to reach their full potential
• Work with other experienced, motivated, ambitious, and friendly colleagues 
• Work on core-games for PC and consoles you can be proud of (RTS, Shooter, RPG)
• Contribute significantly to our games
